When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our orders arrive at your destination in 2-5 weeks period.

Where do I track my order?

Very simple! Head over to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number and email address. Once you do this you will see all the information regarding your order.

Why doesn't my tracking number work?

Your order is being processed, it takes up to 2-4 days for tracking info to update in the Post tracking system.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory send us an email.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.
